It all begins over at Flourish Farmstead, where they grow many of the herbs that we use in our tea. We are always keeping in mind what herbs grow well in our little corner of the world.

We dream up blends based on native herbs, medicinal qualities, and flavor profiles. After lots of testing and sampling the blends are finally ready to release to you!

Our tea blends are combined with vegetable glycerin and carbonated. The vegetable glycerin adds a bit of sweetness and body without adding sugar or any unwanted flavor. The carbonation keeps it bubbly and refreshing!

Production + Logistics

James takes all of our tea blend ideas and makes them a reality! Creating test batches until we are happy with them then brewing the final batches. Lauren tries her best to keep everyone on task.

Farmer and Herbalist

Crystal of Flourish Farmstead is an expert farmer and herbalist. She helps create all of our delicious (and nutritious) tea blends, then grows the herbs we need to make it happen.

Design

Lauren combines Crystal’s botanical drawings and her own hand drawn lettering to create beautiful cans, packaging materials, and promotional materials for Herbarium!

Production

Eric may be a little more used to making beer, but he’s jumped in to translate those skills to sparkling tea production!
